If you are a developer you have probably faced one of this common mistakes listed on the CWE / SANS ( http://cwe.mitre.org/top25/ ). I got this list a couple days ago and is a good thing to take some notes on and avoid to do them. Adding to this list also check the Chris Shiflett PHP Security Blog, there is a ton of stuff that you can use on your PHP applications.
